One of the major struggles in today’s society is one in which strain and anxiety are the major competitors. Therefore, more and more procedures are used to diminish the negative impact. The most well-known techniques are relaxation and mindfulness practice. Scientists have proven the advantages of relaxation methods for physical, mental, social and even academic well-being.
The identical applies to mindfulness, whose advantages have been developed through various studies that highlight its role in controlling tension and intrusive thoughts, improving the controlling of emotions and profits for the psychological and physiological domain.
